The challenges I'm talking about are unique to online classes, and have no idea how to solve.

Technology is only useful if it is USED.

If you don't have scheduled classes, make a schedule for them. Have an hour and a half 2 days a week at the same time that are your "Class times" and study, do homework outside of those times

The book store teacher told me to reach out to teacher then have her call it in to book store. The Access card is the problem.

If you have trouble logging into surf, open a “new private window” and type in surf.miracosta.com it should work. Or email the help desk and say you can’t log in they reply fast usually

canvas on my phone is life saver.. especially when checking the To Do List...

We're checking out the hotspots for the semester, but I think we're now out.

However you can fill out the CARE Referral form to get on the wait list.

They gave us an email when the pandemic hit, but I’m not sure for new students. They gave us Outlook and MSN 360.
